Terms & Conditions

Please review the following Terms & Conditions before submitting an inquiry, booking a campaign, or using our services.

By submitting a form, quote request, or booking request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

01. Quote Requests & Booking Confirmation

Submitting a contact form, quote request, or booking request does not guarantee service, pricing, campaign dates, routes, locations, or availability.

All quotes are estimates until confirmed by Huntsville Page.

A campaign or service is not considered booked or reserved until:

  • Huntsville Page accepts the booking;
  • Applicable payment requirements have been satisfied;
  • Required advertising materials or other information have been received; and
  • Huntsville Page provides booking confirmation.

02. Campaign Requirements

Unless otherwise approved by Huntsville Page:

  • Payment and final advertising materials should normally be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled campaign.
  • Minor revisions may be accepted up to 24 hours before the campaign but are not guaranteed.
  • Accepted advertising file formats include JPEG and MP4.
  • Clients are responsible for providing advertising materials in the required dimensions, quality, and format.
  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the requested start time may be subject to Rush & Last-Minute Booking terms.

03. Content Approval

Huntsville Page reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove content that includes or promotes:

  • Illegal or prohibited activity;
  • Hate speech or discriminatory material;
  • Explicit or adult content;
  • Copyright or trademark violations;
  • False, deceptive, or misleading advertising;
  • Unsafe or unlawful activity;
  • Material creating a public-safety concern; or
  • Content Huntsville Page reasonably determines is inconsistent with company standards.

Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations for materials submitted to Huntsville Page.

04. Campaign Options

Dedicated Campaign

A Dedicated Campaign provides one primary advertiser with the scheduled Mobile Billboard Truck campaign.

Dedicated Campaigns provide greater control over approved advertising content, route or parked location, campaign strategy, and available advertising rotation.

Co-Op Campaign

A Co-Op Campaign allows up to two (2) primary advertisers to participate in the same scheduled Mobile Billboard Truck campaign.

Co-Op advertisers share the:

  • Campaign date;
  • Start and end time;
  • Campaign duration;
  • Established driving route or parked location; and
  • Advertising rotation.

05. Mobile Billboard Pricing

The minimum Mobile Billboard Campaign duration is four (4) hours.

Monday–Thursday $125 / Hour

4-Hour Minimum — $500

8-Hour Full Day — $1,000

Friday–Sunday $175 / Hour

4-Hour Minimum — $700

8-Hour Full Day — $1,400

06. Mobile Billboard Rate Summary

Service Days Hourly Rate 4-Hour Minimum 8-Hour Full Day
Monday–Thursday $125/hr $500 $1,000
Friday–Sunday $175/hr $700 $1,400

The minimum Mobile Billboard Campaign purchase is four (4) consecutive hours.

Campaigns exceeding four hours may be priced using the applicable hourly rate unless a different package or written quote is provided.

Pricing may vary for custom campaigns, special events, custom routing, additional businesses, Rush Bookings, or other approved services.

Final pricing will be confirmed before booking.

07. Separate Live Television & Event Streaming Service

Live Television & Event Streaming is a separate Huntsville Page service.

It is not included in standard Mobile Billboard advertising campaign pricing.

This service allows approved live television, sporting events, entertainment, news, special-event programming, or other authorized live programming to be displayed on the Mobile Billboard Truck while the vehicle is parked at an approved location.

Examples may include:

  • Football games;
  • Basketball games;
  • Baseball games;
  • Soccer matches;
  • Championship games;
  • Live sporting events;
  • Award shows;
  • Live entertainment;
  • News and special broadcasts; and
  • Other approved live television or streaming events.

08. Live Television & Event Streaming Pricing

$250 per hour
Four (4) hour minimum — $1,000

A minimum booking of four (4) hours is required.

Additional approved hours are $250 per additional hour.

Live Television & Event Streaming is independently priced and is not calculated using the standard Mobile Billboard advertising rates.

09. Parked-Only Service

Client Live Television & Event Streaming is a parked-only service.

The Mobile Billboard Truck must be safely and lawfully parked at an approved location before client Live Television & Event Streaming begins.

Huntsville Page does not provide client Live Television & Event Streaming while the truck is:

  • Traveling;
  • Driving an advertising route;
  • Operating on a highway or interstate; or
  • Otherwise in motion.

If the truck must be relocated during a Live Television & Event Streaming booking, Huntsville Page may pause the live programming before moving the vehicle.

Live programming may resume after the truck reaches the next approved location, is safely parked, and Huntsville Page determines that service can safely resume.

10. Two-Screen Live Streaming Configuration

Live Television & Event Streaming uses two (2) LED screens only:

  • Driver-side LED screen
  • Passenger-side LED screen

The rear LED screen is not used for client Live Television & Event Streaming.

The $250 hourly Live Television & Event Streaming rate is based on this two-screen configuration.

The Client does not receive Live Streaming use of the rear LED screen as part of the service.

11. Rear LED Screen

Huntsville Page retains control over the rear LED screen during Live Television & Event Streaming.

The rear screen may:

  • Remain off; or
  • Display other approved non-live content.

Any rear-screen content is subject to Huntsville Page approval and applicable safety, legal, technical, and operational requirements.

12. Approved Live Streaming Locations

Live Television & Event Streaming may be provided at approved parked locations such as:

  • Sporting events;
  • Tailgates;
  • Festivals;
  • Business properties;
  • Venues;
  • Private properties;
  • Brand activations;
  • Community events; and
  • Other approved viewing locations.

All locations are subject to:

  • Huntsville Page approval;
  • Property-owner authorization;
  • Parking requirements;
  • Venue requirements;
  • Event rules;
  • Vehicle access;
  • Public-safety requirements;
  • Internet or cellular connectivity; and
  • Applicable laws and regulations.

13. Broadcast, Streaming & Public-Display Rights

The Client is responsible for identifying the requested television program, sporting event, broadcast, or streaming content.

Displaying television programming or streaming content to an audience may require commercial exhibition, public-performance, broadcast, streaming, venue, or other rights beyond an ordinary personal viewing subscription.

Huntsville Page may require proof that appropriate rights, permissions, licenses, subscriptions, or authorizations have been obtained before displaying requested programming.

Huntsville Page reserves the right to decline programming when appropriate authorization cannot be verified.

Payment to Huntsville Page for Live Television & Event Streaming does not purchase or transfer television, broadcast, streaming, commercial exhibition, public-performance, or other content rights.

14. Internet, Signal & Technical Conditions

Live Television & Event Streaming depends on factors that may include:

  • Cellular or internet connectivity;
  • Network congestion;
  • Signal strength;
  • Streaming-service availability;
  • Broadcast availability;
  • Equipment availability;
  • Location;
  • Weather;
  • Venue restrictions;
  • Third-party platform performance; and
  • Other technical conditions.

Huntsville Page will make reasonable efforts to provide the scheduled service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party television, internet, cellular, broadcast, or streaming service.

15. Payment & Billing

Unless different payment terms are approved by Huntsville Page in writing:

  • Payment is required according to the applicable booking or invoice terms.
  • A campaign or service is not fully confirmed until applicable payment requirements have been satisfied.
  • Mobile Billboard Campaigns and Live Television & Event Streaming are separately priced services.
  • Additional-business fees, Rush Fees, custom-service charges, and other approved charges are separate unless expressly included in writing.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
  • Billing errors should be reported promptly.

16. Rush & Last-Minute Bookings

A campaign or service requested less than twenty-four (24) hours before the requested start time is considered a Rush or Last-Minute Booking.

Accepted Rush Bookings are subject to an additional 25% Rush Fee.

Rush requests are subject to:

  • Vehicle availability;
  • Driver/staff availability;
  • Location availability;
  • Advertising-material readiness;
  • Equipment availability;
  • Content approval;
  • Connectivity requirements;
  • Scheduling; and
  • Operational requirements.

Acceptance is not guaranteed.

For an approved Rush Booking:

  • Payment is due immediately.
  • Required advertising materials or service information must be provided immediately or by Huntsville Page's stated deadline.
  • Other applicable fees and services remain separately priced.
  • Payment of a Rush Fee does not guarantee a particular route, location, start time, event placement, or other special request unless expressly confirmed.

17. Campaign Capacity

Each Co-Op Campaign may accommodate a maximum of two (2) primary advertisers.

Each primary advertiser books and pays separately.

Once both primary advertising positions have been reserved, the Co-Op Campaign is considered full.

18. Shared Campaign Time

Both Co-Op advertisers share the same:

  • Campaign date;
  • Start time;
  • End time; and
  • Campaign duration.

A four-hour Co-Op Campaign is one four-hour campaign shared by participating advertisers.

It does not provide four separate hours to each advertiser.

19. Parked Co-Op Campaigns

For a Parked Co-Op Campaign, both advertisers share the same approved parked location.

Examples may include:

  • Business locations;
  • Shopping areas;
  • Events;
  • Venues;
  • Festivals;
  • Brand activations; and
  • Other approved locations.

Separate parked locations are not included in standard Co-Op Campaign pricing.

20. Driving Co-Op Campaigns

For a Driving Co-Op Campaign, both advertisers share the same approved route or general service area.

Separate driving routes are not included in standard Co-Op pricing.

21. Route & Location Selection

Huntsville Page establishes, coordinates, or approves the campaign route or parked location.

Whenever reasonably possible, the established route, service area, or parked location will be communicated before booking.

If the first advertiser has already reserved the Co-Op Campaign, the second advertiser must accept the established route or location.

Booking constitutes agreement to the established route or location.

Advertisers may request preferred routes or locations, but requests remain subject to Huntsville Page approval and compatibility with the campaign.

One advertiser cannot require a substantial route or location change after another advertiser has booked.

Clients requiring their own route, location, stops, service area, or customized itinerary should select a Dedicated Campaign.

22. Advertising Rotation

Each advertiser may submit approved JPEG and/or MP4 advertising materials.

Huntsville Page establishes and controls the advertising rotation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Co-Op participation does not guarantee:

  • Continuous display;
  • Exclusive display;
  • Equal screen time;
  • A specific number of impressions; or
  • An exact number of rotations.

23. Three LED Advertising Screens

The Mobile Billboard Truck contains three (3) LED advertising screens for standard advertising campaigns:

  • Driver side;
  • Passenger side; and
  • Rear.

Huntsville Page determines advertising rotation and screen configuration based on campaign requirements, materials, format, campaign type, safety, and operational requirements.

Participation in a Co-Op Campaign does not provide exclusive control of an individual screen unless specifically purchased or agreed to in writing.

Live Television & Event Streaming is different and uses only the two side screens as described in Sections 7–14.

24. Competing Businesses

Huntsville Page reserves the right to prevent direct competitors from participating in the same Co-Op Campaign.

Huntsville Page makes the final determination regarding potential advertising-category conflicts.

25. Advertiser Privacy

Co-Op advertisers are not required to communicate directly with one another.

Huntsville Page coordinates the campaign.

Private contact information will not be provided to another advertiser without authorization except where disclosure is required by law.

26. Multiple Businesses

Each primary Co-Op advertiser may advertise up to two (2) businesses under an eligible campaign.

Applicable additional-business fees are:

Monday–Thursday $175 per additional business
Friday–Sunday $250 per additional business

Additional businesses require Huntsville Page approval.

Adding another business does not provide:

  • Additional campaign hours;
  • A separate driving route;
  • A separate parked location; or
  • Guaranteed additional display time.

27. Co-Op Changes & Upgrades

Changes requested after booking remain subject to availability and Huntsville Page approval.

One advertiser's requested change does not automatically alter another advertiser's confirmed campaign arrangement.

If advertisers request incompatible routes or locations, Huntsville Page may:

  • Maintain the established route or location;
  • Offer another available Co-Op Campaign;
  • Offer an alternative date or time;
  • Offer a Dedicated Campaign; or
  • Offer another available solution.

Huntsville Page is not required to operate two separate routes or locations under one Co-Op Campaign.

An advertiser requiring exclusive use of the truck, custom routing, dedicated stops, a separate location, or greater display control may request an upgrade to a Dedicated Campaign and will be responsible for applicable additional charges.

28. Co-Op Campaign Agreement

I understand that I am booking a Co-Op Mobile Billboard Campaign and another advertiser may participate during the same campaign. I agree to share the Mobile Billboard Truck, campaign date and time, advertising rotation, and established driving route or parked location. I understand that separate routes, separate parked locations, and dedicated use of the Mobile Billboard Truck are not included in Co-Op Campaign pricing.

29. Routes, Locations & Operational Control

Huntsville Page retains operational control of the Mobile Billboard Truck, including:

  • Driving;
  • Parking;
  • Routing;
  • Safety decisions;
  • Display operation;
  • Screen configuration; and
  • Necessary route or operational adjustments.

Routes or locations may be adjusted because of traffic, weather, road closures, construction, permits, public-safety concerns, special events, law-enforcement instructions, parking restrictions, venue requirements, vehicle availability, mechanical conditions, or other operational requirements.

Client Live Television & Event Streaming is a parked-only service and is not provided while the truck is traveling.

30. Weather, Force Majeure & Service Interruptions

Huntsville Page is not responsible for delays, interruptions, route modifications, schedule changes, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Severe weather;
  • Accidents;
  • Emergencies;
  • Road closures;
  • Government actions;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Internet or cellular outages;
  • Network congestion;
  • Television or streaming-provider outages;
  • Broadcast interruptions;
  • Venue restrictions; or
  • Similar circumstances outside Huntsville Page's reasonable control.

When reasonably possible, Huntsville Page will work with affected Clients regarding impacted campaign or service time.

31. Communications Consent

By submitting the form, you consent to receive communications from Huntsville Page by:

  • Phone;
  • Email; and
  • SMS/text.

Communications may concern:

  • Inquiries;
  • Quotes;
  • Bookings;
  • Scheduling;
  • Service updates; and
  • Promotional offers.

Clients may opt out of marketing communications.

Necessary transactional, booking, billing, scheduling, and service-related communications may still be sent.

Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.

32. Privacy

Information submitted to Huntsville Page may be used to:

  • Respond to inquiries;
  • Prepare quotes;
  • Provide requested services;
  • Process bookings and payments;
