Effective Date: October 16, 2026. By using our website or submitting information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

01. Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when requesting information, requesting a quote, booking a campaign, submitting campaign materials, or communicating with us.

This information may include:

  • Business or organization name;
  • Email address;
  • Telephone number;
  • Organization and campaign type;
  • Preferred campaign dates, duration, cities, states, routes, addresses, and coverage information;
  • Campaign descriptions, service requests, notes, and other information you provide;

03. Campaign Media & Uploaded Files

Customers may submit advertising materials such as photographs, graphics, videos, audio, and other campaign files for use in providing our services.

Submitted campaign media may be processed, converted, temporarily stored, and transferred to cloud storage used by Mobile Billboard Huntsville. We currently use Dropbox as part of our campaign-media storage and processing workflow.

Please do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information within advertising materials unless it is necessary for the requested service and you are authorized to provide it.

04. How We Use Information

We may use information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and quote requests;
  • Prepare and manage campaign bookings;
  • Provide requested advertising and digital media services;
  • Process and manage campaign materials;
  • Communicate about campaigns, scheduling, payments, invoices, and customer service matters;

05. Payments & Transaction Records

We may maintain business records relating to payments and invoices, including payment method, payment status, amount, payment date and time, transaction or reference identifiers, payment terms, and related notes.

Our administrative records may identify payment methods such as credit or debit card, PayPal, financing, or ACH/bank transfer. The presence of a payment method in our records does not necessarily mean that the payment is processed directly through this website.

We do not use our campaign payment records to store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.

06. Email Communications

We use email to respond to inquiries, send booking-related communications, provide customer service, and send internal notifications relating to quote and campaign requests.

Our website currently uses Microsoft 365 email infrastructure for application-generated email communications.

07. Cookies & Session Technology

Our website uses necessary session technology to support website functionality, security, forms, and user sessions. Laravel session information is maintained using database-backed sessions.

The website's session cookie is configured as HttpOnly, which helps prevent access to the cookie through client-side JavaScript, and uses a SameSite setting of Lax by default.

During our current review, we did not identify Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Meta Pixel tracking code in the website application source. If our use of analytics, advertising cookies, or similar technologies changes, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.

08. Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to help operate our website and provide our services. These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to perform their services.

Providers used in our current website workflow include:

  • Dropbox for campaign-media storage and file handling; and
  • Microsoft 365 for email communications.

We may also use hosting, infrastructure, payment, banking, accounting, financing, or other business service providers when reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide requested services.

09. Sharing of Information

Huntsville Page LLC does not sell personal information.

We may disclose information to service providers, contractors, financial or payment service providers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to provide a requested service, operate our business, protect our rights or customers, comply with legal obligations, or respond to lawful requests.

Information may also be disclosed in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, reorganization, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, accounting, regulatory, or other legitimate business obligations.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the service involved, and applicable business or legal requirements.

11. Information Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information under our control.

However, no website, internet transmission, electronic storage system, or method of communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use care when transmitting information electronically.

12. Your Privacy Choices & Requests

You may contact us to ask questions about personal information you have provided or to request that we review, correct, or delete information, subject to applicable law and any information we must retain for legitimate business, contractual, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on certain privacy-related requests.

13. Third-Party Websites & Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties and are not governed by this Privacy Policy.
